<p>My personal data may be collected by BTA Food &amp; Services Group A.Ş. (&ldquo;BTA&rdquo;) as the data controller or by data processors authorized by BTA after taking the necessary security measures, in order to evaluate my resume for my current position and/or to re-evaluate it based on future position needs. by BTA or its authorized data processors&rsquo; Human Resources departments, either physically or electronically, verbally or in writing; my resume form and any audio and video recordings that may be archived during this process; in accordance with the principle of retention for the period required by law or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, as stipulated in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (&ldquo;KVK Law&rdquo;); I hereby acknowledge and declare that I have been informed by BTA regarding the above-mentioned matters and that I have given my explicit consent in accordance with the KVK Law.
