The 23,000 m² Cakes & Bakes production facility, which we established in 2006 to meet the needs of the food and beverage units operated by BTA, offers more than 1,500 products today. Our production facility, which has a wide range of products from ready-to-cook to ready-to-serve products, can instantly adapt to customer and guest demands and provides ready-to-serve service at all times for market conditions and seasonal changes.
Our Cakes & Bakes production facility has the capacity to manufacture over 5 million high quality and delicious products for national and international chain brands, including large supermarkets and coffee chains. Our Turkish delight production, which started in 2013 with increasing demand, continues under different brands and we produce a total of 70 tons of Turkish delight and 15 tons of baklava per month in 15 different types.
In our Cakes & Bakes production facility, where flavor and freshness are at the forefront, we produce handmade desserts, breads and bakery products for thousands of people every day. Using the highest quality ingredients, we reinterpret traditional recipes with modern touches. Cakes, croissants and bakery products are prepared with the meticulous work of our expert chefs. We offer flavor safely with our production process that complies with hygiene and food safety standards.
